The Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia operates a Mobile Health Unit that travels throughout metro Atlanta and the State of Georgia.
Onboard, educators and technicians provide literature detailing sickle cell and administering sickle cell tests. Our testing team travels year-round visiting schools, medical facilities, military bases, malls and other locations as requested. Services include education, testing, and follow-up. A fee is required to help pay for the rising costs of medical supplies, staffing, and fuel. Written parental consent and waiver required for minors at the time of service.

Minimum group participation levels apply. Discounted screenings are also available at the Foundation. Standard Sickle Cell tests are $40.
